Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy as well as protection against misuse of their personal data.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection, processing and use of data in accordance with the following description. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address are collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. Without your consent, the data will not be passed on to third parties.

lit. c) Processing of personal data for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable law of the EU or under any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is applicable in whole or in part.

lit. d) Processing of personal data in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

lit. f) Processing of personal data to protect the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject are overridden. Legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.

 

We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict processing accordingly.

 

Use of your data

The data provided enables us to offer or carry out our services to you, personalize content for you and suggest offers to you. Analysis tools

When you access our application or our website, your behavior can be statistically evaluated using Google Analytics or other analysis tools and analyzed for advertising and market research purposes or to improve our offerings. We integrate our analysis tools on our website via, among other things, Google Tag Manager. Our analysis tools use so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer or device and enable analysis of your use of our services. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of these services.

 

Google Analytics

Our Services use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC. The responsible body for users in Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”). The information generated by the cookie about your use of these services is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on our website or in our application, your IP address will be shortened by Google within EU or EEA member states. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in the settings there under "My data", "Personal data".

Google will use the information received to evaluate your use of our services, to compile reports on activities for the operators and to provide other services related to service use and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. The IP address transmitted by your device or browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

 

AppMetrica

Our Services use AppMetrica, a web analysis service provided by Intertech Services AG, Werftestrasse 4, 6005 Luzern, Switzerland (“Yandex”). The information generated by the cookie about your use of these services is usually transmitted to a Yandex server and stored there. All data processed by Yandex is non-personalized. AppMetrica reports only display technical data. They can't be used to identify the user.

 

Google Ads

This website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Ads will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across Ads customers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Clients learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, by means of a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or by setting your browser so that cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com" are blocked. Google Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The function is used to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the browser of the website visitor, which makes it possible to recognize the visitor when they visit websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these sites, the visitor can be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. Facebook

By integrating Facebook Pixel on our website, a specific tracking code is generated. This is done via a cookie. If you click on an ad from us on Facebook and reach our website, we can track what activities you carry out on our website. This helps us to determine whether our advertising campaigns on Facebook were successful. We also use the Facebook pixel to only show our Facebook ads to people who are already interested in our services or have similar interests. For this purpose, we can forward certain personal data to Facebook. We use Facebook Custom Audience to create target groups to whom we send personalized advertising. The data that Facebook collects can be linked to your profile data. However, Facebook can also collect data from you regardless of whether you have a Facebook account or are logged in to Facebook.

 

Tiktok

By integrating TikTok Pixel (TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, Aviation House, 125 Kingsway Holborn, London, WC2B 6NH.) on our website, a specific tracking code is generated. This code is used to establish a connection with the TikTok servers when you visit our website in order to track your behavior on our website. Personal information, including your IP address and email address, as well as information about your device such as device ID, type and operating system, may be shared with TikTok. TikTok uses this information, particularly email and device data, to recognize visitors to our website and link their activities to a TikTok account. Using this data, TikTok shows users tailored advertising and creates profiles based on their interests. Although TikTok collects this data, it remains hidden and anonymous to us. We only use them to check the effectiveness of our advertisements.

 

Google Firebase

Our application uses the Google Firebase technology from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Firebase”). User data is transmitted anonymously to Firebase. In addition, other Firebase functions are also used that enable better user guidance or an evaluation of the causes of errors in the application as well as push notifications.

The copyright and all other rights to the content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to the operator of this website or the specifically named copyright holders. For the reproduction of all files, the written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained in advance.
